Hey team, the Axiom folks want a product demo. Can we find 30 min this week? I'm open Wednesday or Thursday afternoon.

I can't share mine either — IT locked down external sharing after the security audit.

Same here. Google Calendar won't let me share with Outlook users anyway.

I'm on Apple Calendar. So that's three different calendar systems. Amazing.

Filled it out. But Doodle doesn't know about my recurring meetings so some of those slots aren't actually free.

Same problem. I marked Thursday 4pm as available but I just realized I have a 1:1 that runs over sometimes.

The Doodle shows Wednesday 11am as the only overlap. But that's my gym time. Can I move it? Let me think.

Here's mine. Fair warning: my availability changes hourly because my PM keeps adding 'quick syncs.'

OK I've cross-referenced everyone's availability. The only slot that works for all 4 of us AND Axiom is... nothing.

I just spent 45 minutes on this. We've sent more emails about scheduling the demo than we will spend giving it.

The demo is 30 min but we need 5 min buffer for intros. So we need to start at 2:55. This is insane.

I'm going to say something controversial: what if we just used a scheduling tool that reads everyone's actual calendar?
